Data we process

Hosting and web systems may process technical data such as IP address, time, requested page, browser and device. The purpose is to deliver and secure the website, detect errors and prevent misuse. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in stable and secure operation.

Enquiries

When you send an email, we process contact details and information you provide to respond and follow up a possible assignment or collaboration. The basis is taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in customer dialogue.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics helps us understand traffic and improve content. Analytics storage is activated only if you choose “Accept analytics”. Before consent, analytics cookies are denied, although Google’s advanced consent mode may send cookieless measurement signals. Google may process page-view, approximate location, browser and device information. You can change your choice at any time through “Privacy choices”. The choice is stored locally in your browser as mv_analytics_consent.

Recipients and international transfers

Hostinger provides hosting and Google provides analytics. They process data on our behalf or as described in their privacy terms. Google may process data outside the EEA using relevant transfer mechanisms and safeguards. See Google’s privacy policy.

Retention

Enquiries are retained as long as needed for follow-up and legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s operation and security settings. Analytics data is retained according to the selected Google Analytics setting. Your consent choice remains in the browser until you change it or delete browser data.

Your rights

Where the conditions apply, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at the address above. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
